If the product is damaged, call us immediately and we will make arrangements to have it replaced. If you accept a damaged product, also call us immediately upon discovery and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Once received, all new stair lifts will immediately become covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Question How difficult is it to install your stair lifts? Answer Our stair lifts require about 3 hours to install for a person capable of using ordinary hand tools. Nothing installs to the wall, only to the stair treads, making installation straightforward and easy to do. Question What happens when I need warranty repairs/service on my stair lift? Answer New stair lifts include a full manufacturer warranty which varies by model; we warranty reconditioned and used stair lifts ourselves.
